The problem
Most teams bolt AI onto an unchanged process and expect a step change. The evidence says otherwise: adoption without an operating model yields single-digit throughput gains. The real unlock is structural, rethinking the product lifecycle around agents with humans at the decision points. The hard part is making that argument legible and credible to a sophisticated audience in a single screen.
The approach
I built a one-page interactive thesis. A lifecycle wheel renders six stages around a central intelligence core that every stage reads from and writes to, versioned in git like code. Each stage carries a role chip that makes the human/agent division of labor visible: humans own intent and the release gates, agents run Discover and Build. Clicking any stage expands its mechanics, KPIs, and metrics. The copy is deliberately defensible, with eval-gated release language, bounded synthetic-cohort claims, and stats traced to primary sources in code comments rather than asserted.
The hard parts
An argument, not a brochure
The page has to survive partner-level scrutiny. Every claim is sourced or reframed as an operating bar rather than an industry fact, and the one overstated 'this page built itself' meta-claim was cut on purpose.
Making the operating model visible
The philosophy's core law, that humans set intent and own the gates while agents run the rest, is stated once plainly and then instantiated by the diagram, so the structure teaches itself.
Geometry that stays legible
The wheel is custom SVG geometry: six stages, a core, and feedback arcs that have to read clearly at every breakpoint without collapsing into noise.
Where it landed
A live, interactive point-of-view artifact that frames how AI-first product organizations should operate, the connective thesis tying the rest of the Gauntlet build portfolio together.
