The problem

Hospitality booking is a two-sided problem: guests want a polished discovery-and-reservation experience; venues need their own operational surface. One app can't serve both well.

The approach

A monorepo with two Expo React Native apps, maitre (consumer) and maitre-partner (venue-facing), sharing conventions and infrastructure while keeping each audience's experience purpose-built, with native navigation and a deliberate typographic identity.

The hard parts

Two apps, one codebase discipline

Keeping consumer and partner apps in a single monorepo forced clean boundaries early: shared tooling, independent app identities.

Where it landed

Working dual-app foundation in the App Store submission pipeline under The Analog Co.
